David will make a one-time visit for a maximum of two hours for $295 and payment is made at the time of booking an appointment.
Drive time is not charged within a ten mile radius of Lake Oswego, Oregon. Farther than 10 miles is charged at David’s hourly rate of $150 and is pro-rated in 15 minute intervals.
If a client decides to list his or her property for sale with Gamble and Gallagher within one year following David’s personal property consultation, and the house is sold while listed with Gamble and Gallagher, the cost of the personal property evaluation will be credited back to the seller in full at the time of closing.
