Prior to listing your home, David can come to your home to do a personal property assessment. Usually this can be done in 1 to 2 hours and David will quickly identify items that you may want to either keep or sell and that are items that you most likely don’t want to just give away or donate to a local charity. Too many people inadvertently dispose of items that have more value than they realize. David can assist you in determining how best to downsize your estate without compromising its value.
Analysis of Your Personal Property Assets
David will make a one-time visit for a maximum of two hours for $295 and payment is made at the time of booking an appointment.
Drive time is not charged within a ten mile radius of Lake Oswego, Oregon. Farther than 10 miles is charged at David’s hourly rate of $150 and is pro-rated in 15 minute intervals.
